This beautiful property is located at hole number 1 of the superb Anahita golf course, on the east coast of Mauritius. This ground floor house with private pool and tropical garden, is perfect for a wonderful stay with family or friends.

The villa offers very beautiful comfortable interiors and tastefully furnished in tropical tones, beautiful art are exposed. The house has 3 sumptuous bedrooms (with private bathrooms). The master suite overlooks the garden and the pool, has a king size bed of 190 cm, a bathroom with bath and basin, a shower and a large dressing room. The other two bedrooms overlook the garden, have a king size bed of 190 cm, bathroom with bath and shower, dressing room.
A fully equipped modern kitchen, a secondary kitchen, as well as large living areas. You will appreciate the large windows that let in natural light in all rooms of the house.
Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful tropical garden, the terrace with dining area, and the beautiful infinity pool (9.5 x 5 m - max depth: 1.80 m) with outdoor shower.

Staff & Services
You will have the services of a domestic worker from 08:00 to 13:00.
A daily cleaning service, maintenance of the pool and garden, the concierge service of the resort and the provision of pool towels.
For your breakfasts and meals, you can if you wish (for an additional fee), opt for one of the restaurants of the complex, for room service or the services of a chef at the villa.

Anahita Beach on Ile aux Cerfs is just a short boat ride from Anahita Golf & Spa Resort. This beautiful island reveals its spectacular landscapes in an idyllic natural environment. A short distance away, an electric cart will take you to the beach of the Resort. You will pass through the beautiful tropical garden and arrive at the lagoon with crystal clear waters. If you want to walk, count 10 minutes.
