Villa Le Buche is a splendid vacation villa on the grounds of an important farm just a few kilometers from Sarteano. With 13 bedrooms and large common areas, Villa Le Buche can sleep up to 26 people. It is ideal for a large family reunion or group of friends. It is a wonderful location not just for a vacation, but also weddings, parties and events in the midst of the area’s beautiful, characteristic hilly landscape.

Second floor (in the tower): double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

In the main villa there is also a double bedroom with bathroom with shower suitable for people with disabilities, accessible from the outside only.

Lower level: wellness center made up of a gym with 3 Technogym machines (exercise bike, elliptical machine, weight machine), mats for yoga and floor exercise, gym balls for stretching and floor exercise, relaxation area; 3 sensory showers, Finnish sauna, steam room, heated pool (up to 27° C) with massage jets and counter-current system.

The wellness center is open from 2:00 till 7 :00 pm.

Ground floor with 5 bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are not connected inside, and are accessible only from outside. One of the bathrooms with shower is suitable for people with disabilities.

At guests’ disposal: air conditioning, TV and safe; private frre Wi-Fi internet; laundry room with washing machine and dryer; elevator (alternative to the stairs) between the villa’s lower level, ground floor and first floor.

Access to the property is via about 3 km of unpaved road in excellent condition.
