Villa degli Ulivi is a modern house with swimming pool located in the southeast of Sicily, in the sublime region of Noto. 

Nestled in the countryside, a few minutes drive from the sea, this house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, but also to explore the wonderful baroque cities of the «Valle di Noto» and its beautiful sandy beaches that dot the coast.  

Located in an enchanting rural setting, decorated with olive trees, carob trees and dry stone walls, the house of 140m2 is surrounded by a large garden of 5,000 m2 that hosts a beautiful pool from April to the end of October (4.50m x 10m, deep from 0.2 to 1.50 m) and a pleasant terrace for outdoor dining with barbecue. 

The villa is distributed on one unique level, 3 welcoming and comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright living room open to a dining room and a kitchen.

The master bedroom with king size bed has a bathroom with bathtub, the other two double bedrooms have bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Laundry available with washing machine, dryer, iron.
