This house is certainly placed in the ideal place to relax and to spend a holiday feet in the water, it has large panoramic terraces surrounded by natural vegetation that shelters a basin (sea water, 3 x 2 m, depth 0.60 m) to relax and which can be heated in the cooler seasons, for an additional fee.

During the recent renovation, the materials of local artisans gave pride of place to this charming house.

The house has large windows overlooking the terrace, a living room open to a dining room and equipped kitchen, offering a 180 degree view of the sea. Two comfortable bedrooms with bathroom with shower. The house also has a washing machine. A bohemian chic decor, with the only goal: to make you find an authentic feeling of serenity, with a slightly offbeat atmosphere.

Outside, a beautiful terrace with armchairs facing the sea, a dining area with barbecue to fully enjoy the long summer days.

The location of the house is an excellent starting point to easily explore the amazing territory of southeast Sicily. From the nature reserve of Vendicari to the cave of Ispica, from the characteristic fishing villages of Marzamemi, Portopalo and Donnalucata to the charming baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse to the volcano Etna and the sublime Taormina.
