Overlooking the Adriatic coast, a short drive from Ostuni and the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, Villa Ardesia is in an ideal environment for friendly meetings with family or friends.

The rooms are divided into 3 independent houses: "TRULLO", "LAMIA" and "VILLA". The whole is enriched by the large central pool of 40 m2 with overflow, with a beautiful terrace and outdoor showers.

The "VILLA" is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a lovely patio, an equipped kitchen, a living room opening onto a dining room overlooking the pool from the large bay windows and a bathroom. On the first floor, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, balcony and access to the terrace overlooking the sea.

The "TRULLO" of the Saracen typology, offers a room with bathroom and minibar.

The "LAMIA" located next to the trullo, is organized as an independent studio offering a kitchen overlooking the pool, a double bed with bathroom and an open space.

The villa is equipped with a housekeeper service and a daily cleaning of 2h which will make you fully enjoy your holiday.

The exterior is well equipped and embellished with designer furniture and traditional objects, several shady areas, a barbecue and an outdoor sink.

The property offers parking inside the property which is accessible through an electric gate.

The sea is about 1 km away, easily accessible by car or bike, the beautiful nature reserve of Torre Guaceto is the nearest beach.
