They offer high-end services where all the rooms invite you to outdoor life, especially thanks to its 2 terraces. All are facing south. The living room is 70m 2, very bright, allowing you to receive in a friendly atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable sofas, guest WC, dining room for 18 people. Complete crockery and assortment of glasses. In addition to all the basic equipment of a modern house, it is equipped with everything necessary to facilitate your daily organization: fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and American freezer with fresh water dispenser and ice cubes, wine cellar, Nespresso machine, household robots, multifunction oven and microwave, washing machine and dryer, and iron. The outdoor areas are equipped with a barbecue, sunbeds and garden furniture. You can relax in the sun or under the natural shade of trees around your pool with dimensions of 10.30m by 4.30 m and 1.45 m deep. The bathing area can be secured at your request by installing a protective barrier for children. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with toilet, large sink, hairdryer, their own dressing room and TV. Each villa has a WiFi coverage and reversible air conditioning in all rooms. You will have a laundry room with cleaning equipment. For infants and children under 3 years, high chairs, umbrella beds and accessories suitable for their first holidays (plates, spoons and mixer) are at your disposal. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90x200 (convertible into 1 bed of 180x200 at your request) and bathrooms with shower. 1 cabin room with 4 beds of 80x190 (bunk) with bathroom with shower. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with terraces: 1 room with 2 beds of 90x200 (convertible into 1 bed of 180x200 at your request) with bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90x200 (convertible into 1 bed of 180x200 at your request) with bathrooms with bathtub. For each villa it is possible to use (with supplement) two additional beds of 80x190 installed in the rooms. In low season, 3 nights minimum, from April to May and from mid-September to October. 7 nights from June to mid-September, arrivals on Saturday or Sunday.
