Located in a quiet residential complex, Cottage al Mare is a small house facing the sea. An ideal location to relax, a garden, a beautiful terrace, a jacuzzi (unheated).

The interiors are comfortable, distributed on one level, include a living room with sofa (bed) and dining room, a separate kitchen equipped with everything necessary with dishwasher a double bedroom with a double bed and a single bedroom with a bed of 90 cm, a bathroom with shower. It is a small cottage of the most comfortable facing the sea.

At disposal: washing machine.

N.b.: Included electricity, if you use + 200 kw per week, supplement of Euros 0.40 ct per kw, in the middle of the week, change of towels and cleaning/refreshment of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (2h)

Located in Fontane Bianche, coveted seaside resort south of Syracuse. You can reach in a few minutes by car the most beautiful cities of south-east Sicily, such as Syracuse, the baroque towns of Val di Noto (Ragusa, Modica) and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, but also Taormina and the Etna Park in approx. 1h30 drive. The long sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is only one kilometer away.
